Just to let you know that I have recently used Shingoi for the first time. I was using one of the brand leaders but food not being eaten very fast and water going brown, two weeks with Shingoi, water is clear down to pond bottom at two metres deep and fish are very enthusiastic about eating. Just to let you know we noticed a difference in the white colour of our Shiro Utsuri after feeding our koi with the Shingoi fish food. Subsequently we entered one of our fish in our Growing on Competition yesterday and my husband Malcolm won first prize. This is the first time he has won anything and he told the judge it was due to feeding the fish with Shingoi. I subsequently gave out all the sample products that you had sent to me for distribution to our members, so hopefully you will get another firm down in Kent to buy your food and also our members. Hi just thought id drop you a line, I bought a tub of your 3way mix after a long chat with you at the Essex koi show on Sunday. Since starting to feed your food Sunday evening my fish have been in an absolute feeding frenzy every time I feed congratulations on producing a very good food, time will now tell as to how they grow as I shall only be using your food from now on. Hi Darren Sorry for the delay in getting back to you, we were on holiday for a week, as for the Koi Food "Fantastic" they seemed like different fish! There was a real feeding frenzy something we haven’t had for a while, and straight away I noticed no oily film on the water which we get with there current food, I also crushed some up for my small fry and they seemed to enjoy it as there was none left at the bottom and noticed a great difference in there waste and there ammonia levels which are a head-ache with so many fish in 1 tank certainly made my life easier for a couple of days!!
